When will my order ship?
Most all orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Select items from the store are made to order and can take up to 10 days to ship. Items with extended lead times will be indicated on the product page.
We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail, where you can track your goods easily online. An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic (within the US) orders are usually delivered within 5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
International (outside the US) orders can often take 7 - 28 days to be delivered, depending on your country. We appreciate your patience!
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by any payments made on this site. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
What is your Return Policy for clothing?
Our goal is to inspire our customers to live through love, through our products. Therefore, we hope you will be inspired and love the product you purchased through the Ruben Rojas Shop. Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will be happy to exchange for a product of the same value or refund your product. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Please promptly contact email@example.com so we may assist you further. All sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds.
What are the Wash & Care instructions for your clothing?
We suggest washing our garments on cold and tumble drying on low heat. If possible, wash cold and line dry garments for best care.
For speciality items such as blankets, please dry clean only.
Please do not iron artwork.

Can I return a limited edition/pre-order item once I receive it for a refund or exchange?
Pre-orders are typically tied to limited edition product collections which we coordinate through special partners and product creation processing, unfortunately, once the order has been created and payment received, we will not be able to refund you. How long does it take to create your limited artwork editions? When can I expect to receive it?
Each piece is made to order and ships in approximately 10 business days. If your artwork is framed please allow up to an additional 5-7 business days for your item to ship.
How do I make a return?
Please email us to initiate your return. Include your order number and our email correspondence with your return. If you need to confirm your order number for the return, please contact our Care Team at email@example.com for assistance.
Please pack your item(s) with appropriate packing materials and use a sturdy box or padded envelope. Please include your original invoice or order number inside the package. Please use a courier with a tracking number. Make note of the tracking number for your records in case of any shipment issues.
How long will it take to receive a refund on my return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
