Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will be happy to exchange for a product of the same value or refund your product. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Please promptly contact hello@rubenrojas.com so we may assist you further.

Pre-orders are typically tied to limited edition product collections which we coordinate through special partners and product creation processing, unfortunately, once the order has been created and payment received, we will not be able to refund you. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us, so please contact us to share your concern or feedback at hello@rubenrojas.com.

Our artwork is created with special designs, handcrafted with love and care. These pieces are typically limited edition. Once the order has been created and payment received, we will not be able to cancel the order or refund you. Each piece is made to order and ships within 5-7 business days. If your artwork is framed please allow up to an additional 5 business days for your item to ship.

Please email us to initiate your return. Include your order number and our email correspondence with your return. If you need to confirm your order number for the return, please contact our Care Team at hello@rubenrojas.com  for assistance. 

Please pack your item(s) with appropriate packing materials and use a sturdy box or padded envelope. Please include your original invoice or order number inside the package. Please use a courier with a tracking number. Make note of the tracking number for your records in case of any shipment issues.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
