Love Blooms — Ruben Rojas
Ruben Rojas · Live Through Love

Love
Blooms.

I don't think love ever stands still.
It moves — like light across a field.
It grows when we let it,
and it always finds a way to bloom,
even through the cracks.

Ruben Rojas
didn't plan to be
an artist.

He planned to be an orthopedic surgeon. Then a financial advisor. He wore the suit, rebuilt from bankruptcy, and spent nearly a decade in corporate life — stable on paper, empty inside. That emptiness became depression. And depression became the doorway.

A friend saw a sketch Ruben had drawn and said: "That needs to go on a wall." They found one on Lincoln Blvd in Santa Monica. Ruben painted his first mural and named it after the question he'd never dared to ask himself: Who Will You Be?

In 2018, he walked away from his career to find out. What followed was over 100 murals across Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, and beyond — and a movement called Live Through Love that has touched millions. The Love Flower is that journey made permanent. A man who bloomed through the cracks, sculpting a reminder that love — and life — always find a way.

Why the
Love Flower.

The Love Flower wasn't designed. It was felt. Ruben wanted to take the visual language he'd spent a lifetime building on walls across the world — the script, the movement, the energy that stops someone mid-step — and give it a new form. Three-dimensional. Permanent. Something that could live in a room, hold a corner, anchor a space.

The flower is the oldest symbol of growth there is. Roots down, eyes up. The sculpture carries that same conviction — that love doesn't need permission to show up, that it pushes through anyway, that it reaches. The form is pure. The message is singular.

This is a sculpture about love as a living force. Not decorative. Not soft. A reminder, in every room it occupies, that love blooms from the ground up.

"Love doesn't ask for permission.
It just keeps showing up."
